That’s why we created VOXI Drop. A monthly programme inspired by streetwear culture that sees exclusive freebies ‘drop’ each month for customers to redeem.
Since it launched in 2019, it’s proven highly effective in building brand love and loyalty. The more Drops you redeem, the more loyal to VOXI you become.
And we’ve continually reinvented the programme to keep pace with cultural and economic trends, with our biggest transformation happening in 2025.
With young people struggling for self-expression due to financial pressures, rewards were carefully curated to spark creativity and celebrate individuality. Meanwhile, we overhauled our visual identity by transforming our ‘mystery box’ mechanic into a neon-lit VOXI Drop Claw Machine.
